Picked up my new car today. Had ordered it previously using same establishment. Was able to accomplish 75% of the documentation by mobile. Got a great deal and a couple rebates. Car was ready on time and shining in the sun. Staff was exceptionally friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Thanks Brian, Tracy and Steve.

I went in for a simple fix, which turns out was a bigger deal, they were upfront, sent pics so I could see the rusted shut parts that needed to be replaced and drove my car home. I took it out for a dump run, so impressed, drives like a dream, wants to go forward with out hitting the gas, as it should. The price was higher than expected, but the results do speak that it was all needed. Thank you Moss Ford for such a great job. I look with confidence to be serviced in the future.

Today, I had an incredible experience with Moss Motors in South Pittsburg, TN. After my college friends and I encountered car trouble on our way back from a summer vacation in Pigeon Forge, the team at Moss Motors quickly got us back on the road. Owner Benny Moss was incredibly kind and Brian Storey's excellent communication and humor turned a stressful situation into one of our best trip memories. My wife and I had a great experience at Moss Motors working with salesman Tyson Lovelady. No pressure sales tactics were used, but instead, he worked with us on a fair trade/sale and kept his word when he said he'd make sure we got a seat fixed when we identified a small tear ahead of purchasing the vehicle. I would definitely work with Tyson again!
